Pricing questions
How are these plans different from salon plans?
Plans for independents focus on booking and simple checkout. They don't include a multi-staff front desk, turn tracking or salon-style payroll. If you run a front desk with a team, see salon pricing.
Do I have to use Kashela payments?
No. Plans for independents work with any payment method.
How is billing handled if I add someone mid-month?
Solo Team is billed by active team members. Adding someone mid-cycle is prorated; removing someone applies from the next cycle.
What if my team has more than 5 people?
Move to Solo Unlimited at $59 a month with no limit on people. If you run a front desk, a salon plan may fit better.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
If you don't upgrade, your account moves to Solo Free. All your data stays.
